1. How long is the turnaround time for photos?

Proof galleries are typically delivered within 1–5 days after your session. Final edited images are usually delivered within 5–14 business days depending on the type of session booked.

2. Can I bring people to my shoot?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring guests to your session. I recommend keeping it to around 2–4 people total. Larger groups can sometimes become distracting and take focus away from the session, which may reduce the amount of photos and variety we’re able to capture.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Yes, sessions can be rescheduled with advance notice. If I have open availability, rescheduling is completely free. If my schedule is already booked, I may still be able to squeeze you in for a $50 fee.

4. What is your refund policy?

All photoshoot bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. However, if you need to cancel and notify us more than 72 hours before your scheduled shoot, you are eligible to receive a 50% refund on your deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the shoot are not eligible for any refund. Edited work that has been delivered is also non-refundable due to the time, resources, and creative effort invested.
